Ciutat Vella is Catalan for “Old City”. It is a romantic and sometimes mysterious part of Barcelona that many people find charming from the first moment they see it.

Eixample Derecho

The Eixample is a prime district of Barcelona made up of breathtaking modernist buildings built with uniform heights with incredible design features and style.

Gothic Quarter

The Gothic Quarter is the heart of the city of Barcelona. Many of the buildings in the Gothic Quarter are from Medieval times with some even dating right back to Roman times. There are also parts of the old Roman wall that are visible in different areas of the Gothic Quarter.

Poble Sec

Poble Sec translated as “Dry Village” in Catalan is one of Barcelona’s neighbourhoods that has witnessed the most amount of change. Geographically Poble Sec is located between the park of Montjuic and the wide avenue called Parallel.

Gracia

The neighbourhood of Gracia is the heart of something very special. It was founded in 1626 with a convent at its heart and then became an independent area for a time before being absorbed into Barcelona. The main area of Gracia as most people know it begins at the top of Passeig de Gracia and Diagonal.

Zona Alta

Zona Alta is a well sought out district in Barcelona. Comprised of a number of residential neighbourhoods including Sarria, Pedrables, Tres Torres, Sant Gervasi Bonanova, Putxet and Galvany. It is a fabulous and wealthy residential area surrounded by many green spaces.
