This beautifully renovated Eixample 1 bed apartment enjoys a total surface area of 69m2 and is located in one of the best residential areas of Barcelona. The property is situated on the second floor and forms part of a full renovation project of a historical building that dates back to the nineteenth century.
As we walk into this gorgeous apartment, on the left-hand side we find the ‘day area’ which features a spacious living with a fully equipped open-styled kitchen. There is a beautiful kitchen island in the middle of the room that converts the whole room into a great space for cooking and entertaining. Further on we find the dining area that is located in the left corner. The whole apartment is very bright as it enjoys floor to ceiling windows that allow lots of light throughout the whole day. The bedroom is located to the right side of the entrance and comes with a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom can be accessed directly both from the living room and the bedroom.
The exclusives apartments are situated in a beautiful building that was constructed in 1895. The location couldn’t be better with the well-known Passeig de Gracia and Arc de Triumf just a couple of blocks away. This building offers its residents not just an amazing home, but also a way of living, having services like a 24/7 concierge in the lobby, a communal gym area, chofer, massage cabins, storage rooms, and a new elevator. This is an amazing opportunity of making Barcelona your home.

The neighbourhood of Eixample
Eixample is the most densely populated district of Barcelona, and for many people, it’s the best-known area, together with the area surrounding the Sagrada Familia, is the so-called Quadrat d’Or, the Golden area of the city. It is the area where some of the most iconic works of Catalan Modernism can be found. Furthermore, this neighbourhood is home to a large amount bars, restaurants, night clubs and shopping streets. Eixample doesn’t express the narrow, winding street that characterizes many parts of Barcelona. The public transport in this area is very good. It consists of several metro stops, as well as the FGC train. However, the area is central and most other parts of the city are within walking distance.
