The neighbourhood of Eixample
Eixample is the most densely populated district of Barcelona, and for many people, it’s the best-known area, together with the area surrounding the Sagrada Familia, is the so-called Quadrat d’Or, the Golden area of the city. It is the area where some of the most iconic works of Catalan Modernism can be found. Furthermore, this neighbourhood is home to a large amount bars, restaurants, night clubs and shopping streets.
