Fabulous and Spacious New Apartment in Gracia
This breath-taking apartment is situated in one of the nicest and most peaceful areas of Barcelona. This apartment’s location is the nearest thing to perfection. The building where the flat is located has as 4 cardinal points, Park de la Creueta del Coll towards the north and Tibidabo, Park Guell to the east, Park del Turo del Putxet towards the south, the Bellesguard tower and the Science Museum to the west.
The living room is wide and spacious, and the light invades the room through the ceiling tall windows and is propagating more when hitting the white pieces of furniture, only amplifying and expanding the brightness of the room. The décor is unique, classic, but at the same time tasteful and cosy, making you feel at home immediately. There is a neat white table where you can savour your meals with your loved ones. The decoration encompassing small pieces such as grey and blue pillows go hand in hand with the painting on the wall behind the sofa and if possible, only highlights more the immaculate aspect of the flat. The kitchen is elegantly set, predominantly having the colour white which enters in contact with grey and magnifies the timeless setting. Being fully equipped, this kitchen provides you with all the instruments you might need to dive into all your culinary adventures.
The lovely wide bedrooms are made to be your safe haven. Here, in this peaceful sanctuary you can not only sleep, but also read a good book and unwind. There is a vanity mirror placed here, which not only adds to the charm of the room, but also has practical purposes, for you to get ready for a new day.
The bathrooms are yet another place filled with grey, brown and white tones, creating the perfect chemistry and transforming the area into an oasis of relaxation where you can unwind after a long day.
The neighbourhood where this apartment is placed, Vallcarca and Los Penitentes, is sheltered between two hills, Putxet and la del Coll. The area is bathed in tranquillity and certainly has a better air quality then the rest of the city, since it is situated so close to Tibidabo mountain.
Vallcarca was originally part of Horta. It was a neighbourhood of holidaymakers and people with different interests who lived in the valley. The holidaymakers wanted peace and quiet and the people of the valley wanted better communications. Finally, a viaduct was built across the valley (the Vallcarca bridge) and the stream was developed. Following its course, the Avinguda del Hospital Militar was opened to traffic, which meant the end of isolation.
