There is a vanity mirror placed here, which not only adds to the charm of the room, but also has practical purposes, for you to get ready for a new day.
The bathrooms are yet another place filled with grey, brown and white tones, creating the perfect chemistry and transforming the area into an oasis of relaxation where you can unwind after a long day.
The neighbourhood where this apartment is placed, Vallcarca and Los Penitentes, is sheltered between two hills, Putxet and la del Coll. The area is bathed in tranquillity and certainly has a better air quality then the rest of the city, since it is situated so close to Tibidabo mountain.
Vallcarca was originally part of Horta. It was a neighbourhood of holidaymakers and people with different interests who lived in the valley. The holidaymakers wanted peace and quiet and the people of the valley wanted better communications. Finally, a viaduct was built across the valley (the Vallcarca bridge) and the stream was developed. Following its course, the Avinguda del Hospital Militar was opened to traffic, which meant the end of isolation.
