Katya Moshnikova has been working in Barcelona real estate for more than 9 years now. Originally from Moscow, she came to Barcelona to study for an MBA and began working in real estate soon after.

Since 2018 Katya has become the go-to agent for the popular television reality show House Hunters International, appearing in 8 different episodes.

Katya speaks 4 different languages, English, French, Spanish and Russian. She is an expert on relocation to Barcelona, Barcelona property investment and new build and refurbished property sales.
