The refurbishment has created a large space that connects the kitchen with a bright, open-plan living-dining room where the original structure has been preserved. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and a built-in wardrobe. It also has a separate utility room and two complete bathrooms.
The renovation of this flat was planned with the idea of maximizing all the light sources that were forgotten before the renovation.
In the new distribution, the living-dining room is the protagonist thanks to the entrance of light from the large windows. Space and light are the two premises of this project.
The layout of the house was designed to create two spaces. The day and the night. The master suite has its bathroom integrated into the bedroom. Undoubtedly a flat to enjoy with all the comforts of new construction.
It also has ducted air conditioning throughout the house, and AACC cold/heat.
La Antigua and Nova Esquerra de l’Eixample form a whole, it is an area with a lot of activity and associative life, but without a strong general collective identity, it is a single neighborhood. The area around the Sant Antoni market has a life of its own, while Joan Miró park, Letamendi square, and the area around Germanetes are other focal points.
It is considered a central neighborhood with shops, services, and leisure activities, and due to the interior gardens of the neighborhood, the appearance and the atmosphere can be compared to a lung full of plants and trees. It is also very well communicated with metro stops, and several buses, and is close to Sants station.
